Primary Job Description: The Culture & Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting the Bank’s culture, service standards, and overall employee and customer experience within the Louisiana and Texas markets. This position will reinforce the Bank’s Core Values, promote consistent service behaviors, and strengthen employee engagement across the Louisiana and Texas footprint.

Education Required; Experience and Equipment Skills: Resume Required…..
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, employee engagement or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in community banking, financial services, or a regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience working with customer-facing teams or branch environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting internal initiatives tied to service quality, culture, or brand representation is preferred.
- Professional judgement and discretion.
- Ability to work independently while aligning closely with enterprise direction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively with leaders and frontline employees.
- Comfortable representing the bank professionally at public events and engaging in a professional manner.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Louisiana and Texas with occasional travel to other market areas as needed.
