We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Culture & Operations Coordinator (Austin, TX preferred) to support our CEO, team operations, and company culture. This junior role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the basics of HR, provide reliable administrative support, and help foster an engaging, values-driven workplace. You’ll work closely with the CEO, leadership, and our outsourced HR partner while gaining exposure to people operations, internal communications, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Admin Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management.
- Assist with preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups for meetings.
HR Support & Liaison
- Act as the point of contact with our outsourced HR provider for onboarding, employee questions, and basic HR administration.
- Support new hire onboarding to ensure smooth first-day experiences.
Culture & Engagement
- Assist in organizing culture-building activities, recognition programs, and team events.
- Help draft internal communications and share employee updates that reinforce company values.
Operations Support
- Provide general administrative support for cross-functional projects.
- Maintain team documentation and assist with small process improvements.
Learning & Growth
- Gain exposure to HR processes, compliance basics, and people operations.
- Develop skills in event planning, internal communications, and operations coordination.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of work experience (internships or admin roles welcome); interest in HR or people operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and learning new tools.
- Enthusiasm for company culture, teamwork, and employee engagement.
- Based in Austin, TX preferred (hybrid/in-office flexibility depending on company needs).
Other Requirements
- Position is located in our office in Austin, Texas, or may be a remote or hybrid workplace enabling a mix of office and home-based work.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- May require some flexible scheduling to accommodate international team collaboration.
