Culver’s Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

We are looking for Managers, Assistant General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders to help run daily restaurant operations and lead our team. If you have experience in fast food, quick service, or restaurant management, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Supervise team members and demonstrate positive role modeling
• Deliver fast, friendly customer service
• Handle opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and able to work flexible shifts
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Great communication and an upbeat attitude
• Previous experience as a manager or in management roles
• Experience in fast food or restaurant environment is a plus!

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
