Cupprimo Cupcakery & Coffee House is a beloved local Austin bakery serving handcrafted cupcakes, espresso drinks, and smiles since 2008. We’re known for our warm, welcoming atmosphere and our mission to make every day a little sweeter — one cupcake (and latte) at a time. We currently have two locations, one in Northwest Austin at Spicewood Springs and 183, and one in Lakeway at 620 and Lakeway Boulevard. This posting is a barista position for both locations, you must be willing and able to work at both spots.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic team member to join our Cupprimo crew! You’ll help guests pick their favorite cupcakes, craft delicious coffee drinks, and keep our shop sparkling and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Prepare espresso and coffee beverages (training provided)
• Package cupcake orders neatly and accurately
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front area
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for coffee and sweets
• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
