The Role

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Smoother to join our team. In this role, you'll be crafting cold-pressed juices, fresh smoothies, and specialty wellness drinks that are a cornerstone of the Cupitol experience. You take pride in consistency, presentation, and speed — and you genuinely enjoy connecting with guests throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Prepare cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and blended beverages to Cupitol's quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked smoothie station
• Engage warmly with guests, answer menu questions, and make recommendations
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a café, juice bar, or fast-paced food service environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume service
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
