Job Title: Curriculum Specialist (ICSE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Curriculum Specialist to design and implement an ICSE-aligned, outcome-

based curriculum with a strong focus on experiential and student-centred learning. The role

involves translating syllabus objectives into meaningful learning experiences and

measurable outcomes. The candidate should have excellent English communication and

speaking skills to effectively train and collaborate with teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review ICSE curriculum frameworks and learning outcomes

• Integrate experiential, inquiry-based, and project-based learning

• Design outcome-aligned assessments and rubrics

• Support and train teachers in modern pedagogical practices

• Monitor curriculum implementation and quality

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ICSE syllabus

• Experience in experiential and outcome-based education

• Curriculum planning and teacher mentoring skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
