Custodian

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health and safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during cleaning activities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light to moderate loads
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet scheduling requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

1. VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURANCE.

2. OWN A RELIABLE VEHICLE.

3. PASS A WSP BACKGROUND CHECK (at Company's expense).

4. FINGERPRINTING- As required (at Company's expense).

5. PASS RANDOM DRUG SCREENINGS.

6. OWN A SMART PHONE WITH A DATA (For timekeeping app).

Pay: $17.27 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week
