As a custodian you must be able to perform daily cleaning activities in offices, entrances, lunchrooms, and other various buildings. For example, service, clean, and supply restrooms, empty and gather trash, vacuum and mop. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition. And notify management of need for repairs.
Responsibilities: Always follow the rules of safe conduct. Always handle yourself in a professional manner. Be able to identify, recognize, and demonstrate safe usage of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment during use. Demonstrate good housekeeping.
This positions requires climbing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
