We’re looking for a dependable and self-sufficient Custodian to help keep our facility in Bloomfield, CT clean, safe, and organized. You’ll play a key role in maintaining both our office and distribution

center spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our team and visitors.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the building and surrounding property clean and organized
• Sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers
• Sanitize and restock restrooms and kitchen areas
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Director and Distribution Manager
• Assist with minor maintenance and inspections
• Perform other duties as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of custodial experience preferred
• Familiarity with different types of commercial cleaning supplies
• Experience using floor cleaning machines
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to read and write basic English
