Custodian

Position Summary:

Perform all daily cleaning and maintenance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas by wiping down tables, floor mopping, cleaning out refrigerators, etc.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areas
• Clean production floor areas with floor scrubber
• Clean conference rooms
• Stock drink refrigerators
• Maintained designated area for clean and safety for customers
• Clean windows and mirrors, sanitize restrooms
• Stock and restock supplies, gather and empty trash
• Order supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles on a daily basis
• Mop, Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed
• Maintain work area in clean, safe and organized manner
• Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning products and other necessary supplies related
• Assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations of cardboard box breakdown, etc
• Perform general maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job

Education and/or Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position
• Positive attitude, team player, good attendance, hard worker
• Must be motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
