Custodian - Casco Bay Food and Beverage, a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP) and Maine's premier on-site refreshment services provider, is seeking a dependable Part-Time Building Custodian to join our team in Bangor.

Essential Duties Include:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout all areas of the facility.
• Collect and dispose of trash from all areas of the building daily.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for employee-owners and visitors.
• Assist with basic facility upkeep and report maintenance concerns as needed.
