Position: Custodian & Grounds Maintenance
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $18-$20 per hour

About the Role:

Tracey Road Equipment, Inc., an established and growing organization in the construction equipment and heavy-duty truck industry, is currently seeking a Full-time Custodian & Grounds Maintenance Person for our Pittsburgh location.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the facility including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning the cafeteria and restrooms.
• The ability to tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request.
• The ability to keep areas stocked, track supply levels and to notify proper contact when supplies are running low, as well as notify management when repairs that need to be addressed.
• Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions/products properly.
• Mow the lawn and maintain the landscaping/exterior cleanliness.
• Salt the exterior grounds during inclement winter weather.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the janitorial field is preferred.
• Self-motivated and has the ability to identify and complete tasks without constant direct supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Use of various facilities and repair tools/equipment
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
• Prolonged periods walking, being on your feet
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
