Custodian/Janitor- Swing shifts: 1 day and 2 night shifts 7a-3:30p & 1p-9:30p (Min. Wage)

Custodial Worker

We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible person for a part-time position, up to 32 hours/week, as a custodian working weekdays from 7:00am - 3:30pm and weeknights from 1:00pm to 9:30pm. General cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms and classrooms in a fast-paced secure location for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining our facility. You must be willing to work on holidays, if they fall during your work schedule. Candidate may be called in to cover other shifts when necessary. You will be working around people at computers and on the phones.

There are some opportunities for advancement.

You must be able to pass a background check. General cleaning experience required. High school diploma is preferred, and you must be able to read and speak English very well.

Responsibilities:

· Disinfect all touch surfaces, workstations and computers equipment

· Dust and clean classrooms, conference rooms, offices and all common areas

· Clean/disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms (by sanitizing sinks and toilets, etc.)

· Restock disposables (ex. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.)

· Remove trash, sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets

· Maintain and clean entrances, lobby, and secure areas

· Report all minor and major damages to facility

Skills

· Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role

· Attention to detail and conscientiousness with speed

· Ability to work independently and remain motivated

· Prioritization and time management skills

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must be able to speak and read the English language

· High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
