Custom Apparel Design and Production - Flexible Schedule (Spring and Summer Help)

Hi there! My name is Cameran. I am a clothing designer with a handmade fashion line, Cami Co. Lace, LLC. We are a small team of artists and creatives in the West End of Atlanta who make school, sports, and organization apparel look good! I am looking for someone who is smart, likes to work with their hands, and self-motivated to help us fulfill our hand-dyed custom apparel orders from our website and in-person events. You will undergo a thorough training program that will set you up for ease and success. The work environment is relatively relaxed and hours can be flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master how product is made (background or interest in sewing highly preferred, not required*)
  • Assist with packaging and order fulfillment
  • Assist with customer questions and concerns about orders and order status
  • Assist with social media content and communication (as needed)
  • Collaborate with local designers on product launches and development (as needed)

*Please note: If you indicate sewing skills, you may be asked to demonstrate basic sewing during the interview or as a part of the training process.

  • Interest in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience in fashion retail, styling, or merchandising
  • Understanding of color theory and graphic design principles
  • Competence in sewing and operating sewing machines
  • Background in theater or illustration is a plus
