Custom Apparel Printing & Graphic Design Associate

About the Role

We are hiring a Custom Apparel Printing & Graphic Design Associate to join our team in Omaha.

This is a great role for a recent graduate who wants real, hands-on experience in graphic design and production. You will work on live customer orders, create designs, and help produce finished products.

You won’t just design. You will see your work go from concept to finished product.

Responsibilities

• Create custom apparel designs (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)
• Adjust and clean up customer artwork
• Prepare print-ready files (vector, sizing, color setup)
• Assist with apparel production (DTG, screen print, heat press)
• Review designs for accuracy before production
• Work with the team to keep orders moving on time

Requirements

• Graphic design experience (degree preferred, not required)
• Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Willing to learn and improve quickly
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
