Custom Cabinet Builder

We are a growing custom cabinetry company looking for a reliable, skilled cabinet builder/ shop technician to join our shop team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, shows up consistently, and works well in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork from shop drawings
• Operate shop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret cabinet plans, cut lists, and specifications
• Assist with sanding, finishing prep, and quality control
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace
• Work collaboratively with the shop and installation teams
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience building cabinets, furniture, or custom millwork preferred
• Ability to read shop drawings and measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance is a must
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
