Custom Cabinet Designer/Engineer

Looking for a motivated individual passionate about custom designed woodwork in residential homes. This position will include on-site measurements and in-office work. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Cabinet Vision design software experience is required!
• Read floorplans and understand spacing.
• Measure on-site during the framing stage.
• Meet with designers and/or homeowners to understand their needs and wants.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Search material finishes, and other special-order items needed.
• Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
• Cabinet Drafter/ Processor

Requirements:

• Cabinetry construction experience.
• Previous Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD or other drawing programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Ability to visualize in 3D (3 dimensional).
• Ability to learn order entry system
• Skilled in using simple mental math.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
