Custom Cabinet Laborer

We’re a rapidly expanding custom cabinet and closet company in Hawaii, and we’re looking for a Cabinet Laborer to be part of our team. If you have hands-on experience with cabinets, strong finishing skills, and can assist with material pickups and job site deliveries, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist in building and assembling custom cabinets and closets
• Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, and touch-ups
• Safely operate woodworking tools, machinery, and finishing equipment
• Transport and deliver cabinets and materials (valid driver’s license required)
• Install hardware including hinges, slides, and handles
• Perform quality checks for accuracy, fit, and finish
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years cabinet, woodworking, or construction experience (preferred)
• Finishing/painting experience (mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (mandatory)
• Ability to read technical drawings and cut lists
• Skilled with woodworking and finishing tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physically able to lift and move materials

Compensation: Depending on experience. Ranging from $20-$35/hr
