Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to join our logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling import and export clearance processes and a strong understanding of UAE customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import and export shipments
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and procedures
• Classify goods using appropriate HS codes
• Handle duty and tax calculations
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities
• Resolve clearance issues, inspections, and shipment delays
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customs clearance or logistics in UAE
• Good knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
• Experience with customs systems (e.g., Mirsal) is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
