Custom Closet Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Custom Closet Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients’ spaces by installing custom closet systems with precision and care. Your expertise in carpentry, construction, and fixture installation will ensure each project is completed to the highest standards, providing clients with functional and beautifully organized spaces. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom closet systems according to design specifications and schematics
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to accurately execute installations
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure precise placement of cabinetry, fixtures, and hardware
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and siding installation as needed for seamless integration
• Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining efficiency on-site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of installations and address any issues promptly

Experience

• Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), and fixture installation
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction site operations
• Familiarity with various construction disciplines such as cabinetry installation, flooring, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, roofing, siding, stucco, rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and remodeling projects
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in diverse environments
• Prior work experience in the restoration industry or water damage restoration is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards
• Knowledge of schematics for fixtures and systems installation is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
