Custom Closets- Sales and Design

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a premier custom closet and cabinetry company based in Brooklyn, New York, specializing in ultra high-end residential homes and commercial projects.

We are currently seeking a motivated, personable, and creative individual to join our fast-growing team as a Sales & Design Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, has a passion for design, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

If you are driven, hardworking, and motivated to grow with a rapidly expanding company, this position offers exceptional earning potential. Successful candidates can earn over $100,000 in commission within their first year.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years minimum of sales experience
• Experience in home improvement/ interior design preferred, but not a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to gain referrals and repeat business with existing client base
• Strong computer skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive, commissioned environment

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to understand their storage and design needs
• Building your own network of designers, contractors, developers and homeowners
• Creating functional and aesthetically pleasing closet and cabinetry layouts
• Presenting material, finish, and accessory options
• Preparing design renderings and project proposals
• Managing projects from consultation through sale
• Following up with leads and maintaining strong customer relationships

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
