Custom Home Superintendent

Now Hiring: Construction Superintendent – Custom Homes

Location: On-site across multiple custom home projects
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Nic Abbey Homes is seeking a motivated, hands-on Construction Superintendent to join our team. This role works directly under our Senior Project Manager and is responsible for keeping our custom home projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities across several custom homes
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
• Create and maintain detailed punch lists and task lists
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, such as minor repairs, installations, and jobsite cleaning
• Ensure homes and job sites remain clean, organized, and safe
• Read, understand, and follow project schedules to ensure timely progress
• Communicate effectively with the Senior Project Manager and office team
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in custom home building
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes
• Ability and willingness to perform hands-on work
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and tasks simultaneously
