Custom Sign Fabricator

We’re looking for a Custom Sign Fabricator to join our growing team and help create dynamic interior and exterior signage projects that make brands come alive.

Pay range: $26-$35/hour DOE

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate custom signs using aluminum and other materials
• Interpret shop drawings and bring concepts to life with precision
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, brakes, welders, etc.)
• Assemble cabinets, channel letters, monuments, and specialty builds
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sign fabrication, metal fabrication, or a similar trade
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Problem-solver with a positive, team-first attitude
• Welding and electrical experience is a plus
