Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Custom WordPress Developer to join our team. As a Custom WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to our specific project needs. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the functionality, performance, and user experience of our WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements. This includes writing clean and efficient code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and implementing responsive design principles.

2. Front-end Development: Collaborate with the design team to convert design mockups and wireframes into functional and visually appealing WordPress themes. Implement custom features and optimize the user interface for a seamless user experience.

3. Back-end Development: Work on the WordPress core, modifying and extending its functionality to accommodate project requirements. This includes creating custom post types, taxonomies, and meta boxes, as well as integrating third-party APIs.

4. Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve issues related to WordPress development, theme, and plugin conflicts, performance bottlenecks, and browser compatibility.

5. Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance, loading times, and server-side operations to ensure a smooth and fast user experience.

6. Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard WordPress websites from vulnerabilities and potential threats.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, showcasing a portfolio of custom WordPress projects.

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

· Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, core functions, and hooks.

· Experience with custom theme development using HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).

· Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

· Solid understanding of WordPress security best practices.

· Experience with debugging tools and techniques for identifying and resolving issues.

· Familiarity with page builders and visual composer plugins.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

· Attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality and maintainable code.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

· Additional experience with e-commerce plugins (e.g., WooCommerce) and performance optimization tools would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
