Location: Hybrid – D12 Shah Allah Ditta, Islamabad (3 days in-office: Tue–Thu, 2 days WFH: Mon & Fri)

Digital Engage is a results-driven digital marketing agency focused on building impactful web experiences and delivering measurable business growth. We’re expanding our internal web development team and seeking a Technical Project Manager (Tech PM) to oversee web-based projects, ensure technical accuracy, and streamline communication between our development, design, and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress / Woo-Commerce websites (themes, plugins, and custom functionality).
• Work on front-end and back-end development — ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
• Implement integrations with third-party APIs and external systems.
• Manage and optimize websites for performance, SEO, and analytics tracking.
• Work with platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow for various client projects.
• Set up and manage GTM, GA4, and GSC configurations.
• Collaborate closely with the design team using Figma and Photoshop assets.
• Troubleshoot issues across browsers, devices, and CMS platforms.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress full-stack development.
• Strong skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience creating or customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow platforms.
• Knowledge of 3rd-party API integrations (REST, JSON, etc.).
• Experience with GTM, GA4, and GSC implementations.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Figma and Photoshop for interpreting design files.
• Basic understanding of version control (Git preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs110,000.00 per month
