This full-time position will support Newcastle Aviation customers with integrity, professionalism, and concise and timely communication and support. This role is responsible for the sales & marketing and business development initiatives of the company, and will help develop and execute aftermarket business strategies, objectives and performance targets that meet or exceed the company’s operational, growth and financial goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Carry out responsibilities with emphasis placed on: a) meeting our agreed upon customer obligations, b) continuous improvement of the supply chain organization, and c) meeting or exceeding established operational and financial performance goals of the company.

• Work with senior management to identify and implement business strategies that optimize revenue at the lowest possible cost.

• As a member of the sales/business development team, carry out the execution of sales and business development initiatives and strategies that meet/exceed department and company performance goals.

• Carry out day to day administrative activities including all facets of business development, customer administration, sales and marketing.

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of supply chain and business development performance reports.

• Oversee business case preparation, analysis and reporting in support of inventory valuation initiatives, asset acquisitions, sales opportunities and other business development initiatives.

• Represent Newcastle Aviation at industry tradeshows, customer meetings and other events as required.

• Effectively support all aspects of Newcastle Aviation’s Quality Management System (QMS)

as required by the responsibilities of the position and by management.
