Customer Account Representative

Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Be the face of AT&T, help customers in person with account questions, upgrades, and services
• Deliver friendly, face-to-face customer service daily to review AT&T product and service information with potential customers
• Recommend AT&T services that best fit the customers needs
• Collaborate with other Customer Account Representative to achieve sales goals
• Attend continuous Customer Account Representative trainings to stay up to date on the latest client knowledge

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Account Representative:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a bonus, but not required.
• Great energy and people skills
• Strong communicator who thrives in social settings
• Passion for learning, sales and leveling up
• Comfortable talking face-to-face (no remote work here)
• Age 18+ with reliable transportation

Customer Account Representative Position Overview:

• Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position.
• Pay: An average of $120-$160 per new customer enrolled; on average, each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day.
• Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week).
• Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned retail store to cover.
• Clients & Products: We work with AT&T customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).
