Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Analytics Representative to support a dynamic team environment at PECO. This role combines data analysis and customer interaction , making it ideal for candidates who are both analytical and confident in communicating with customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings
  • Interact directly with customers to address inquiries and concerns
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and confidence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation


Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • 1–5 years of experience in analytics, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to confidently engage with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with PECO or within a utility/energy company
  • Experience handling customer data or reporting tools

  • Hybrid work setup (combination of onsite and remote)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment
