Position Overview

Customer Analytics Representative
to support a dynamic team environment at PECO. This role combines

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

1–5 years of experience in analytics, customer service, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven customer service experience with the ability to confidently engage with customers

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working with PECO or within a utility/energy company
