Customer Analytics Manager Responsibilities

• Contributing to the formation of the marketing strategy and its distribution based on product, channel, target audience, measurement, and reporting.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors' marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research, gaining insights from data.
• Collecting and organizing marketing data from various sources.
• Segmenting the customer base and creating marketing profiles specific to these segments.
• Creating personalized and more effective marketing campaigns.
• Creating and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Effectively managing the marketing budget and making budget predictions.
• Regularly reporting analysis results and recommendations to upper management and relevant departments.
• Keeping track of marketing analytics technologies and improving data analysis processes using the latest analytical tools.
• Monitoring sales goals, supporting sales channels with data and campaigns.
• Creating target audiences for all sales channels.
• Analyzing and monitoring customer retention and churn.
• Analyzing and monitoring customer product trends.
• Monitoring performance, planning goals, optimizing according to the strategy, and tracking goals.

Customer Analytics Manager Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Data Analysis, CRM, Customer Analytics and/or related areas
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or other related technical discipline; Master’s Degree in Finance or an Analytics-related area is a huge asset
• Solid experience in data management tools & querying languages (Base SAS, SAS EG, SAS Enterprise Miner & SQL)
• Advanced Statistics knowledge that can be directly applied to business problems
• Good command of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Analytical, pro-active, highly self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented with strong planning skills
• Excellent team player, effective at communication and relationship management also having a positive attitude at all times
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Strong command of written and verbal English
