Auto Direct Sales & Service is hiring 2 Customer Appointment Coordinators / Internet Sales Support Representatives for our growing dealership in Zebulon, NC.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in:

customer service
hospitality
medical scheduling
insurance office support
inside sales
front desk / reception
call center
service scheduling

You do not need prior automotive experience.

If you are great on the phone, organized, and enjoy helping customers, we will train you.

This role focuses on speaking with customers, answering questions, setting appointments, and helping ensure customers arrive prepared to purchase a vehicle.

What you’ll do

answer inbound phone calls, texts, and internet inquiries
contact customers who have submitted online applications
schedule and confirm dealership appointments
follow up with previous customers and unsold leads
send text and email confirmations
maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
work with sales staff to support customer appointments
help improve customer show rate and satisfaction

Compensation

$42,000–$68,000+ per year

Hourly base + performance bonuses for:
