Job Vacancy: Office Executive (Female) – HORECA Disposable and Packaging Company

We are looking for a Female Office Executive to manage daily office operations for our HORECA disposable & packaging company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office coordination and day-to-day administrative work
  • Manage calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports
  • Maintain records, files, and data entry
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams
  • Follow up with clients and vendors when required

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Knowledge of Social media will be a plus

Good communication and organizational skills

Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
