Job Description:

MARS BPO is hiring Call Center Executives for our in-house HVAC Campaign. The role involves generating qualified leads from U.S. customers through outbound calls. We’re looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a professional attitude who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based customers
• Engage professionally to identify potential leads for HVAC services
• Maintain accurate data and call records
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Minimum Intermediate qualification
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
