Customer Calling Agent

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and support sales and operational activities.Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Provide product or service information to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate/O-Level/A-Level or equivalent
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in call center/sales is a plus
