The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing information about products and services. This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Representative located in Karāchi. The position requires computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills to help maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Sales and Customer Support skills
  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • Fluency in english is a must

Skills

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
