Customer Calling Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Calling Executives for our on-site Frontier outbound campaign. In this role, you will contact potential customers, explain Frontier services, and convert calls into successful sales. This position is suitable for individuals who are confident on calls and available for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Share clear and accurate information about Frontier services
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plans
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain call outcomes and customer records
• Follow campaign guidelines and quality standards
• Ensure consistent performance

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or above
• Good verbal communication skills
• Sales-oriented attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night shifts
• On-site availability
