Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Agent,The Customer Care Agent will assist customers by providing prompt and efficient support and addressing inquiries or issues. Core responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, offering high-quality customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. This role involves building strong relationships with customers and resolving their concerns professionally and empathetically.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining high service levels
  • Effective Communication skills for articulating ideas and addressing customer concerns
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in using customer service technology and tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
