We need a sharp, calm, and people-focused Customer Care Associate who actuallygetscustomers not someone who just reads scripts. If you can communicate clearly, solve problems fast, and keep things smooth under pressure, you're exactly who we want.

Strong communication skills in English + Arabic

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity

Quick problem-solving and ability to manage multiple requests

Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email handling

Fast learner with a positive, service-oriented mindset

Bonus: experience in sales support or client onboarding

You'll be the frontline of Quantumleap supporting clients, answering queries, solving issues, and making sure every customer walks away feeling taken care of.
From call handling to email follow-ups, you'll keep our operations smooth and our clients happy.
