Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer requests and communication throughout the rental journey, ensuring timely support, professional assistance, and excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong experience within the UAE car rental industry and a passion for customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Ensure timely and effective handling of inquiries, complaints, rental support requests, extensions, tolls/fines, and insurance-related communication.
• Manage customer escalations professionally while protecting company interests.
• Support smooth coordination between customers and internal teams (operations, fleet, support).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, rental policies, and company guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
• Prepare basic reports related to customer service performance and activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Secondary School or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist / Rental Agent in a UAE car rental company (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions.
• Customer-centric mindset with proactive approach and team-player attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and/or Russian is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule – must be available for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts if required.
• Trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Must be ready to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
