What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service every time. You'll:

• Resolve customer enquiries via phone and email with urgency and care
• Expedite orders and manage exceptions to meet delivery expectations
• Proactively identify service improvements and elevate issues effectively
• Balance customer needs with business goals to get the best result
• Stay up to date with systems, processes, and product knowledge
• Champion Blackwoods' values in every interaction

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• A proactive, resilient, and team oriented mindset
• Motivation to deliver exceptional service outcomes
• Experience in telephony and product knowledge (desirable)
