Job Description:

A.F. Group of Industries is seeking a confident and energetic Female Customer Care Coordinator to manage and convert leads received through social media platforms. The selected candidate will contact potential customers, provide product information, identify qualified leads, and support the sales team through timely communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage leads received from social media.
• Guide customers about the company’s products and answer basic queries.
• Identify decision-makers and filter out irrelevant or unqualified leads.
• Share the salesperson’s details with interested customers.
• Take follow-up feedback when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in calling, customer service, or tele-support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
• Basic computer and email handling skills.
• Fluency in Urdu (English is a plus).
