Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via call, email, chat, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product concerns
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
- Track shipments, return pickups, refund status, and pending cases
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update status regularly
- Escalate unresolved or serious issues to the concerned team
- Maintain inward/outward courier records and basic documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Support in data entry, reporting, and maintaining operational records
- Ensure all tasks are closed within defined timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream)
- 3 years of experience in customer service or coordination role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Organized and process-oriented
- Should have excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
