Customer Care cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via call, email, chat, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product concerns
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
  • Track shipments, return pickups, refund status, and pending cases
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update status regularly
  • Escalate unresolved or serious issues to the concerned team
  • Maintain inward/outward courier records and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
  • Support in data entry, reporting, and maintaining operational records
  • Ensure all tasks are closed within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or coordination role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Should have excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
