About the Role

We’re a fast-growing online retail branded store focused on delivering exceptional products and an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a Customer Care to manage our online store operations, respond to customer inquiries, drive sales conversions, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working across e-commerce platforms, social media, and online chat systems.

This is an on-site position that requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, messages, and inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer satisfaction
• Meet monthly conversion and service targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers on call and in person
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to learn quickly and explain products/services clearly
• Professional attitude and presentable personality
• Basic computer literacy (email, CRM entries, messaging, etc.)
