Position Summary:
The Customer Care Executive The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating maintenance service requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for job scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers as per company guidelines.
  • Record complaints, create work orders, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain daily job reports and update customers on work status.
  • Provide clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the maintenance team with basic administrative tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in maintenance or facility management is an advantage.
  • Ability to prepare quotations accurately.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
