About the Role

BRIVON Care is a fast-growing UK live-in care provider. We are hiring a Carer & Client Operations Executive to support our UK carers and families.

This role is not a sales job — it is a blend of:

  • Carer onboarding
  • Carer recruitment
  • Matching carers to clients
  • Outbound calls
  • Email coordination
  • Customer support (call transfers, basic updates)
  • UK operational admin

You will be the bridge between UK carers, customers, and our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Carer Management & Onboarding

  • Make outbound calls to carers daily
  • Guide carers through the registration process
  • Collect and verify compliance documents (DBS, references, ID, training)
  • Ensure profiles are completed correctly in the Brivon portal
  • Maintain an updated pool of available carers

Carer Recruitment

  • Screen applications on Indeed, LinkedIn, and our portal
  • Shortlist qualified carers based on UK care requirements
  • Conduct brief introductory calls
  • Schedule onboarding calls with the UK team
  • Maintain recruitment spreadsheets and records

Carer–Client Matching

  • Understand client care needs and preferences
  • Identify suitable carers from the pool
  • Arrange intro calls between carers and families
  • Coordinate confirmations and job details
  • Update the UK operations team on progress

Customer Coordination

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Transfer calls or take messages when required
  • Assist families with basic queries (timings, availability, documents, next steps)

Email & Administrative Support

  • Send follow-up emails and reminders
  • Maintain CRM and Excel records
  • Prepare reports for daily and weekly performance
  • Support the UK team with urgent operational tasks

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Haves

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in BPO, UK/US/International processes, or operations
  • Strong phone-handling confidence
  • Good typing speed and email writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Strong organisational skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Previous UK
  • Understanding of live-in care (training will be provided)
  • Experience using CRMs or ATS systems

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)

Higher for exceptional candidates with UK healthcare experience.
