Trip Machine is a motorcycle lifestyle brand based out of Gurgaon. We are present in over 30 countries and sell via online and offline channels.

We are looking for Customer Experience Executive to interact and service customers via our online channel and our shop/cafe. The incumbent will be directly reporting to the Head of Customer Experience.

This role is perfect for someone eager to work in a start-up environment. You will have the opportunity to experience rapid growth in a mission-driven company and to work with a dynamic, young team in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Online

  • Assisting customers to make the right decisions
  • Ensuring that customer orders are delivered in time
  • Coordinating with logistics companies to handle any challenges in delivery
  • Become the face and voice of the brand for our customers
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure that we provide the best service

Offline

  • Helping customers who visit the store in choosing the right products
  • Ensuring that the store is visually pleasing and all products are displayed and in the correct manner.
  • Organising and managing events at the café on behalf of TripMachine Company

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications do not matter
  • Immaculate command on written and spoken English
  • Experience in customer service is an added advantage
  • Love for the motorcycles is a super advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
