Job Description for Customer Service Executive /Sales Manager

As a Sr. Academic Consultant/Sales Manager, you will play a dual role in driving sales and providing expert academic counseling. Your responsibilities will involve managing a sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and offering customized academic advice to students. You will bridge the gap between the institution's goals and students' academic needs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the customers & provide details
  • Provide personalized academic counseling to prospective enquires
  • Oversee client relations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct sales presentations and informative sessions for prospective students and parents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in sales and academic counseling.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
