CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate / Basic degree holder
• Freshers to maximum 3 years of experience in customer service (logistics background preferred)
• Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email correspondence)
• Responsible for customer coordination, follow-ups, and status updates

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
