Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow company policies and service standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support or BPO (Freshers welcome)
  • Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
  • Problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
