Customer Care Executive- Remote (Farsi Speaking – Iran Market)

About Us

WeCopyTrade, a Canada-based fintech company, provides social and copy-trading solutions through our WeMasterTrade project. We offer funded trader programs, education, and digital trading tools.
We are expanding our customer support team and hiring Farsi-speaking Customer Care Executives to support clients primarily in Iran and other Persian-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries from Iran-based and Farsi-speaking clients via CRM (HubSpot), email, chat, and social channels
  • Create and manage support tickets and coordinate with internal teams
  • Provide timely, professional, and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Understand company products to offer clear information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English is mandatory
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (day/evening)
  • Experience or interest in trading, forex, or fintech is a plus
  • Familiarity with Iranian user behavior, culture, or markets is an advantage
