We are looking for a female Customer Care Executive – Intern to support our customer communication and coordination activities.

This role is ideal for a professional graduate or fresh graduate who wants hands-on experience in customer handling, business communication, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and follow-ups professionally
  • Respond to customer enquiries and service-related questions
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up status
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
  • Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Graduate / Final-year student / Fresh graduate
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic is an advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
  • Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
